Fear is a natural emotion whether it's fear of the unknown or failure, it can be a powerful force to hold us back from achieving our goals.

“What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do.”

Book ——— The 4-Hour WorkWeek

Fear itself is quite fear-inducing, most people wear it as something else. Like If you want to start something new you probably have fear of failure if you want to communicate with someone you have a fear of the unknown someone. Most people who avoid quitting their job entertain their thoughts of how their course will improve over time or increase in income.

The way of conquering your fear is equal to defining your fear. Set aside certain days with the worst-case scenario you think have by trying to do something you usually don't, and say to yourself "It is the condition that I feared?"

Ask yourself To do or not, To try or not? Most people will vote for no, whether they are brave or not because uncertainty and failure are the scary noises in the shadow. People choose unhappiness over uncertainty, they set goals and make resolutions, and nothing came of either, they are insecure and scared as the rest of the world.

Some tips for dealing with fear:

  1. Recognize your fear: As I already discussed, vomit your thoughts on paper, define your fear, define the worst case, and ask yourself if it is the condition that you feared.

  2. Challenge your fears: Once you identified challenge them with evidence to support or refute your fears.

  3. Take Action: Fear can be paralyzing, but taking action is the best way to overcome it, break your goals into small steps and make progress every day.

  4. Practice Self-Care: Fear can be draining, make sure to take care of yourself both emotionally and physically by getting eating well, enough sleep, and taking breaks when needed.

  5. Seek Support: Ask for help when you need it, Reach out to mentors, your friends, and professionals who you inspire.

That's it from my side. Please give me constructive feedback for more improvement in my current content, signing off...
